Hedsor is one of my favourite venues to shoot at and it’s not hard to see why. Hedsor House has to be one of the venues that – as a wedding photographer, you’d find hard to beat. If you are looking for a country wedding venue near London, Hedsor House is a great choice – The grounds are immaculate, the views for golden hour are stunning and the wedding venue itself feels really special.

Modern Meets Timeless at Cliveden House.
Lisa spent the morning with her girls getting ready at the luxurious Cliveden House. Clivedon House is a historic hotel surrounded by gorgeous gardens – the views from the bridal suite were pretty spectacular too! Clivedon House’s bridal suite felt luxurious with its classic style, high ceilings and original antiques – It was the perfect setting for some lovely bridal prep photographs of Lisa.

Wedding Photography with Hedsor House Wedding Photographer.
Being the Hedsor House wedding photographer for Lisa & Iain’s special day was a huge honour. Weddings at Hedsor House are always guaranteed to be an extraordinary experience. It’s a stunning Georgian stately home with over 100 acres of private parkland set in the lovely Buckinghamshire countryside. With high ceilings and beautifully large windows, the interiors are flooded with lots of natural light which is a perfect for fine art Hedsor House wedding photography. The rooms are beautifully authentic to the age of the house and the grounds offer lots of options too, whether you’d like a walk in some long grass, or have your wedding photos overlooking the stunning grounds and views. What also makes it pretty special is that the venue has been the home of some amazing movies such as – Downton Abbey and The Golden Compass to name a few!

Hedsor House boasts a rich history dating back to the 18th century and is steeped in elegance and charm, and with sweeping panoramic views of the Thames Valley, the South Lawn was the prefect reception space for Lisa & Iain’s magical day. From the grand façade of the house to the manicured lawns and gardens, every corner of Hedsor House exudes beauty and romance.

Bridgerton Vibes in Hedsor House’s Ballroom.
After their drinks reception Lisa & Iain and their friends and family made their way into Hedsor Houses atmospheric ballroom. With dramatic high ceilings and antique art on the walls it had true Bridgerton vibes and as a documentary and editorial wedding photographer who loves to immerse herself in your day and capture it all as it unfolds around you it was the prefect place to photograph all the wonderful natural moments that happen during the wedding breakfast and speeches.

Photography was absolutely one of the most important aspects of the wedding for us. I knew straight away we had to have Gem as our photographer.
